Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Green Health Systems, you agree to these Terms of Service. Green Health Systems provides software that mobile-phlebotomy businesses use to manage bookings, dispatch, invoicing, and patient communications.

Use of the Service

• You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully.
• Business accounts are responsible for their own patients, staff, and communications.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Green Health Systems (appointment reminders and confirmations, phlebotomist arrival updates, and account/operational notifications for business owners and staff).

• Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• We do not share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Business Software Subscriptions

Business software subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Tenant owners can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Settings → Billing, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal.

• No refunds: all subscription charges are final and non-refundable.
• If you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
• No prorated credits are issued for partial months, unused time, downgrades, or early cancellation.

Payments

Patient payments are processed by the phlebotomy business's own payment provider. Business software subscriptions are billed separately. Current fees, including the platform fee where applicable, are shown at checkout or inside the billing settings page.

We may change subscription pricing or platform fees in the future, but we will provide advance notice through email, the billing portal, the in-app billing area, or another reasonable written method before the change takes effect, unless a shorter notice period is required for taxes, regulatory updates, or processor-driven changes outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Health Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Green Health Systems is a software provider and does not provide medical services or advice.
